This site is hosted by GitHub Pages and includes no analytics, advertising or payment JavaScript, or transaction, licensing or login forms. Loading pages and assets creates ordinary hosting requests. GitHub states that visitor IP addresses are logged and stored for security when a GitHub Pages site is visited, regardless of GitHub login. See the official GitHub Pages data collection information. This site therefore makes no promise that no data is collected.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Jianxia Download website (https://downloads.xyptkd.cn), browser extension, and this product’s purchase and licensing services. Send privacy requests to the support address below.
2. Webpage and media data processed locally
The extension discovers and processes normally accessible media from pages being visited on your device. This includes page and media URLs, titles, thumbnails, relevant player data, and media-request metadata such as URLs, source context, type, response status, content type and size. Resource lists, tasks, preferences and the free allowance are stored in local browser storage; temporary segments and conversion outputs use local browser file storage. URLs and request context may contain access credentials, so do not publish sensitive links or task data. The extension does not query the browser’s complete history database or upload webpage resource lists, browsing-activity records, media files or website login cookies to our servers.
3. Original media websites and browser credentials
Your browser fetches media directly from its original website without routing it through our servers. To retrieve media you are normally authorized to access, browser requests may carry applicable website login state and source context. These requests go to the original media website and are subject to its privacy rules. This does not cause us to receive or store your website login cookies, and the extension does not bypass website access restrictions.
4. Why permissions are used
Website access, webRequest and scripting discover page media and related requests locally. declarativeNetRequestWithHostAccess supplies necessary source-request context for supported downloads. downloads saves, inspects and controls download tasks. storage keeps local resources, tasks, preferences, allowances and licensing state. sidePanel provides the resource and task interface. offscreen handles media downloads and local processing. alarms refreshes an existing paid license every 120 minutes; without a license refresh credential, this timer callback makes no request to the licensing service. Broad website access supports different media sources; it does not mean that full browsing records or arbitrary page content are uploaded to developer servers.
5. Local conversion on the website
Selected files are read and converted on your device without server uploads. The first run downloads the conversion engine and required program files from this site, creating ordinary website requests. Results are written to site-isolated temporary browser file storage. Keep the page open until saving finishes; there is no result recovery after a reload. To avoid interrupting saves, temporary results are not deleted immediately when Download is clicked. Unlocked temporary results older than 24 hours are cleaned up when the tool next runs. You may clear this site’s data in browser settings after noting your order number and safeguarding your license key.
6. Purchases, licensing and optional transaction information
Website purchases and Alipay payments involve the plan, amount, order and payment-channel transaction identifiers, status and timestamps. Services process protected license-key storage data, validity and activation state needed to issue licenses, not your Alipay payment password. Paid-license activation, refresh and deactivation send a random browser-instance identifier and the relevant license credentials to the first-party licensing service (my-admins.xyptkd.cn). Activation also sends a device name (platform and extension version) to verify the license and enforce the two-active-instance limit. The random identifier is not a hardware fingerprint and is not used for browsing profiles. Read-only website license lookup sends the key you explicitly enter, without activating it or using a device slot. Recovery may process necessary order or payment transaction numbers you voluntarily provide. The current interface directs you to email support for verification and does not offer a transaction-number recovery form.
7. Payment credentials and local licensing state
The website stores the order claim credential and retry identifier in the current tab’s sessionStorage for reloads and same-tab recovery. Credentials are not placed in page URLs, analytics or third-party QR services. The extension locally stores the random instance identifier, signed license certificate and refresh credential for verification and refresh. Protect your browser profile, and do not publish license keys, refresh credentials or order claim credentials. The website does not use advertising trackers or cross-site marketing cookies.
8. Necessary request logs and support information
To operate the service, investigate faults and limit abuse, servers or reverse proxies may record request timestamps, IP addresses, paths, status codes and client information. These are not used to record your complete browsing history on other websites; GPS location is not used. Logs should avoid full license keys and claim credentials. When you contact support, your email, necessary order or payment information and description are used to handle that request. Do not send unrelated private media or complete license credentials.
9. Chrome Web Store Limited Use of user data
Jianxia Download uses necessary user data only for its disclosed media discovery, downloading, local processing and related licensing, payment, support and service security. Our use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell user data or use it for personalized advertising, unrelated profiling, credit-worthiness assessment or lending. Third-party transfers are limited to what is necessary to provide or improve disclosed features, comply with law or prevent abuse. Human access is restricted to your explicit consent, necessary security investigations or legal requirements.

10. Retention and deletion requests
Local resource lists, tasks, allowances, preferences and licensing state persist according to browser storage behavior. Manage them through extension settings, browser site-data settings or removal; separately saved media files must be deleted yourself. Order and licensing records are retained as needed to provide licenses, handle refunds and disputes, maintain security and meet applicable retention obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion after identity verification. Transaction records subject to retention obligations may not be removable immediately.
11. Security and policy updates
Purchases and licensing use HTTPS, claim-credential verification and server-side license checks. This policy does not promise additional encryption of local storage or absolute security. Protect your device, browser profile, license keys and purchase credentials. Material changes will update this page and its date. This policy does not exclude your statutory rights.
