授权、订单与退款请求
许可找回、交付异常、重复付款或退款问题，请联系支持，提供必要的订单号或支付交易号及问题描述。支持会先核实身份和相关记录，具体处理依据服务条款及适用规则。
不要公开授权码、完整刷新凭据或订单领取凭据。本站不提供购买、激活、授权查询或登录表单。
邮件里写清楚
- 扩展版本、浏览器版本与操作系统。
- 实际操作步骤、预期结果、错误原文，以及出现问题的时间。
- 可以公开的测试页面地址，或已去除私人信息的截图。媒体链接可能含访问凭据，发送前检查并移除敏感参数。
- 涉及交易时，只提供处理请求所需的订单或支付信息。

Check these first

- Read the task error and retry supported tasks. Large files and long recordings depend on local storage, memory and network conditions.
Free allowance and Pro
Free core features provide 10 downloads every day, resetting on your local date. The allowance does not decrease with installation age; failed tasks do not permanently consume it. Core features require neither payment nor login.
Pro is optional. It removes the daily download-count limit and unlocks batch downloads, more concurrency, supported live recording and full extension conversion. Check intended resources with free features before deciding to purchase.
Licensing, orders and refund requests
For license recovery, delivery issues, duplicate payments or refund questions, email support with necessary order or payment transaction numbers and a description. Support verifies identity and relevant records first, and handles requests under the terms of service and applicable rules.
Do not publish license keys, full refresh credentials or order claim credentials. This site has no purchasing, activation, license lookup or login forms.
Include in your email
- Your extension version, browser version and operating system.
- Steps taken, expected behavior, exact error message and when the issue occurred.
- A public test-page URL or a screenshot with private information removed. Media URLs may contain access credentials; inspect and remove sensitive parameters before sharing.
- For transaction issues, only the order or payment information needed to handle the request.
Do not send unrelated private media, passwords, website login cookies or complete license or claim credentials. Use the same email address for privacy access, correction or deletion requests; identity verification is required first.
